Discovering Your Story's Director:

Before we can change anything, we need to figure out who's in charge of our story—our mindset. A simple test can help: Are you happy with your life, or does it feel too much? If you answered yes to feeling overwhelmed, it's time to pay attention to what you're saying to yourself.

Your Thoughts Matter:

Think of your thoughts like the narrator of your story. What are they saying when things get tough? Take a moment to write down your thoughts in a journal. This will help you see patterns and understand if your thoughts are helping you grow or holding you back.

Making Choices that Shape Your Story:

Feeling overwhelmed is a sign that it's time to make a change. Challenge those negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. Realize that you have the power to decide how your story unfolds. You're not just a character; you're the author, too!

Being in Charge of Your Story:

Taking charge of your story means taking responsibility for it. Instead of blaming others or things around you, understand that you can respond to challenges and make choices that lead to a better life. Your thoughts and actions are like the pen and paper of your story—use them wisely.

Getting Help Along the Way:

Changing your story can be a big task, but you don't have to do it alone. Having someone like a coach can be super helpful. They can guide, encourage, and help you see things from a different perspective. Together, you can make a plan to rewrite your story in a way that makes you happy.

Finding Your Purpose:

Think of your purpose, like the theme of your story. What makes you happy? What are you good at? Your story becomes more meaningful when you align your actions with things you love and care about. It's like adding a special ingredient that makes your story uniquely yours.

Remember, you're not just a character in your story but also the author. Understanding your thoughts, making positive choices, and taking responsibility for your story can create a life that brings you joy and purpose. Whether you do it on your own or with the help of a coach, embrace the power of choice and start writing a story that makes you proud.
